We understand that children have other activities, and may get sick, so please let us know ahead of time about your child's absence (if/when possible). Of course, there are special circumstances, so if your child has a serious injury/illness, please make sure to contact his/her teacher.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:

In the event of bad weather, we follow the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) system.  If BCPS closes for the day or cancels after school/evening activities, then classes are cancelled.  If there are BCPS delays in the morning, we will still have classes that afternoon/evening.  If classes are cancelled, we do our best to notify parents/dancers via email as soon as possible. *There are some situations (on the weekends) where BCPS closes school sites only. As the rec center is NOT a school site, we are permitted to then have classes.  We will keep you posted when this occurs.  Please be sure to diligently check the news and/or email when inclement weather occurs.
